Job Title: Ads Manager
Overview:As an Ads Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the creation, execution, and optimization of advertising campaigns across various platforms. You will work closely with marketing teams, designers, copywriters, and other stakeholders to ensure that advertising efforts align with business goals and effectively reach target audiences. The role requires strong analytical skills, creativity, and a deep understanding of advertising platforms and industry trends.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Strategy: Develop strategic advertising plans aligned with overall marketing objectives. Identify target audiences, messaging, and key performance indicators (KPIs) for each campaign.
Campaign Execution: Create and launch advertising campaigns across digital platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others. Ensure that campaigns are set up correctly and optimized for maximum performance.
Creative Development: Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling ad creatives, including copywriting, imagery, and video content. Ensure that all creatives adhere to brand guidelines and resonate with the target audience.
Budget Management: Manage advertising budgets effectively, allocating funds based on campaign objectives and performance goals. Monitor spending and adjust budgets as needed to optimize campaign performance.
Performance Analysis: Monitor the performance of advertising campaigns in real-time, analyzing key metrics such as click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, return on ad spend (ROAS), and cost per acquisition (CPA). Use data insights to optimize campaigns and improve ROI.
A/B Testing: Conduct A/B tests on ad creatives, messaging, targeting parameters, and other variables to identify the most effective strategies for driving engagement and conversions.
Platform Expertise: Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in advertising platforms, algorithms, and best practices. Leverage platform features and tools to maximize campaign performance and efficiency.
Reporting: Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate campaign performance, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders. Provide actionable insights to inform future advertising strategies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field.
Proven experience (X years) in digital advertising, with a focus on campaign management and optimization.
In-depth knowledge of advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads, etc.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, analyze trends, and identify insights.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and departments.
Creative mindset with a passion for developing innovative advertising strategies and campaigns.
Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar platforms.
Certifications in digital advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads certification, Facebook Blueprint certification) preferred.
Experience with e-commerce or performance marketing is a plus.
